ELEMENTS INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES INC. has become a world leader
in manufacturing the highest quality of magnesium products which
include magnesium alloy, magnesium ingots and magnesium anodes.
Our state-of–the-art manufacturing plant employs over 60
highly skilled employees and operates 6 days a week, 24 hrs a
day. Our team of engineers has developed one of the most advanced
product available through intense research and development.
All our magnesium lines are vigorously tested to surpass all
international standards. The chemical composition and electrochemical
properties of all our products are tested monthly to ensure quality
and consistency. All tests are done randomly for chemical composition
on our production line using the most advanced testing instruments
which include ARL3460, Foundry Spectrometer, Baird FSQ. Furthermore,
our product is subject to material testing and certification for
open circuit voltage and current efficiency as per ASTM G97 specifications
before shipment to the client's location.
Each of our magnesium cast is continually tested to ensure that
there is no flaw in the production line. All end pieces are inspected
by weight, chemical composition and electrochemical properties
and cast moulds are checked routinely for any blemishes that may
change the structure of the anode or ingot. The end result is
a superior quality and consistent product, surpassing our competitors.
